This soup company was created to offer something simple and hard to find: scratch-made soups using organic vegetables and real ingredients, prepared with care from start to finish.

All soups are made in small batches, focusing on comfort, balance, and flavor. They’re vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and seed oil free, designed to be nourishing, satisfying, and easy to enjoy at home.

Hi, I’m Meri, the chef behind Olympia Soup Company.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working in professional kitchens and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2011. For the past six and a half years, I served as chef at a health-focused cafe on Mercer Island, where I developed a deep focus on soups and plant-forward cuisine.

After moving to Olympia to be closer to family, I created OSC as a way to share thoughtfully crafted soups with my local community.

Each soup is made in small batches using seasonal organic vegetables, balanced flavors, and the techniques I’ve developed over years in the kitchen. My goal is to create soups that are both nourishing and genuinely delicious.
